Get Noticed at the Big E

NH Travel & Tourism has opportunities available for businesses to get some great visibility at the Big E, one of the largest fairs in the country! The Big E is taking place September 13 - 29 in West Springfield, MA and is expected to attract over 1.5 million people from southern New England, New York, and beyond. This is your chance to get in front of them with these opportunities.

DISPLAY YOUR BROCHURES FOR FREE

Apply now to reserve your free brochure spot in the New Hampshire Information Booth at the Big E. Space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. To apply, please complete the Brochure Rack Space Request form online here ASAP. Brochure applications will close on Friday, August 16, 2024. Once your request has been received, you will be contacted to inform you whether space is available in your brochure category and then to provide you with quantity requirements (generally between 200-1,000) and further instructions. Please do not ship brochures before receiving confirmation.

Prior to submitting your application, please review the Big E Literature Guidelines to determine whether or not to seek placement for your brochures at the Big E. If you have any additional questions, please contact bige@nhgsa.com.

BE A FEATURED BUSINESS AT THE BIG E NH BOOTH

Becoming a featured business by volunteering at the NH Tourism Booth at the Big E is a great way to market your property to visitors at one of the largest fairs in the country. All volunteers will receive a free ticket and free parking for the day(s) of their volunteer shift(s). If you cannot volunteer, you can still get your property's name or logo in front of thousands by donating supplies and giveaways. If you are interested in providing fun, small giveaway items such as pins, stickers, and other knick-knacks, please let us know. We usually request small quantities of 100-200 for each due to limitations with storage. We are also seeking a poncho sponsor who can supply 1,000-2,000 ponchos for rainy days at the fair.
